Guillaume Sauvage joined the Corporate Law, M&A, and Financial Services team in October 2023.

His areas of expertise include M&A and private equity deals, corporate governance, and financing of companies or associations. He also intervenes in litigation related to M&A transactions and shareholder disputes.

He studied at the Catholic University of Louvain, where he completed his Bachelor’s in Economics and Management, and at the University of Liège, where he earned a Master’s in Financial Analysis and Audit, a Master’s in Law, and a Specialised Master’s in Tax Law.

Before joining Harvest, Guillaume began his career in the Corporate department of the Belgian law firm TetraLaw.
