Didier Gregoire is a partner and leads the Harvest tax law team.

Didier advises Belgian and foreign clients on all the tax aspects of their operations.

He specialises in corporate tax and deals in particular with the tax aspects of acquisition, reorganisation and corporate finance cases.

He has also developed considerable expertise in indirect taxation (VAT, registration and inheritance tax). As such, he has very specific expertise in the field of real estate taxation (purchase and sale of property, restructuring and refinancing of real estate portfolios, leases, etc.) for which he is recommended by the Legal 500.

Didier also has long experience in wealth organisation.

He joined Harvest in 2020 as a founding member. Previously, he was a partner for over fifteen years in the firm of CMS Belgium, of which he headed the tax law department for many years.

Didier studied at the Free University of Brussels (Bachelor of Laws) and holds a DES in tax law from the same university.
