Bjorn Delmoitié is a lawyer in the corporate, M&A and financial services team.

He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring operations and other aspects of corporate law.

Bjorn studied at the Facultés Universitaires Saint-Louis in Brussels (bachelor’s degree in law), at the Université Catholique de Louvain (master’s degree in corporate law) and at the ICHEC Brussels Management School (complementary master’s degree in management).

Before joining Harvest, Bjorn was a member of the Corporate and M&A department of the law firm CMS Belgium.
